Almost half of the OPUSD students are non-residents. With such a high percentage, there is an increasing risk that some resident students might be disadvantaged - for example, unable to register for a class because a non-resident has already filled up the class. The purpose of this blog is to give residents a place to record instances where they feel they have been deprived of some aspect of their schooling because of non-residents. This blog is for all schools in the Oak Park Unified School District in California.
